Q12 - Employee engagement Survey Results!

Our results are in! We have increased in our engagement index, however we still have room for growth. Two notable areas are Recognition and Materials and Equipment!  Comment below with suggestions on growing and developing in these areas!

    I completely agree with the recognition. Our teachers work incredibly hard at Upson and sometimes we get so busy we forget to recognize those silent dedicated team members👍

    I like the personal recognition we always get at the end of our memories though. Makes you feel our leaders watch, notice, and appreciate your efforts.
